Samsung sends internal Memo to employees after a loss to Apple

After Samsung lost to Apple, Samsung internal memo sent to staff and said, "disappointed" that he was found guilty of patent infringement. The Memorandum also says that it is "regrettable" that the Court's decision caused concern among "our employees, as well as our loyal customers". Last Friday, Apple has been awarded $ 1.05b, a jury found that Samsung made a patent infringement.

The Memorandum notes that the final decision the judge still remains. Samsung will probably appeal the decision in the appeal process. In addition, the memo also States that the company will continue to fight against Apple. On the other hand, Apple said that the case of the "far more than patents or money" in an internal memo. For Apple, the case was about values.

"History has shown, there must be a company that has won the hearts and minds of consumers, and to achieve sustained growth, as its primary means of competition was the direct abuse of patent law, rather than promoting innovation," reads the memo.

Oh, shut up, Samsung. When they have ever upgraded? About the innovation that means blatantly copying Apple, right?
